It has been a while since an interesting bag just for the boys has been covered here, simply because everything else has been pretty much same-old same-old for a while now. Until of course Bottega Veneta’s Intrecciato Spazzolato Calf North-South Tote by Daniel Lee came along. From his Fall-Winter 2019 collection from the Italian luxury house, it’s truly Daniel through and through, the structured 42 cm by 42 cm flat tote made up of handwoven glossy spazzolato calfskin but with a twist.
For one, there are those sharp asymmetrical angles that he loves, both in the cut-out handle and the sides of the tote. Then there’s the contrasting blue suede interior that attests to his love of bright bold hues. Almost 80s in its vibe but updated for the modern man, you could either carry it via the cut-out handle, or use the shoulder sling that come with the bag.
Priced at SGD4010, you can choose between Nero (shown above) or Bianco (White), both of which can be purchased online via Bottega Veneta’s online store in Singapore. Yup, you’re reading this right. You can now shop BV to your heart’s content right in the comfort of your home as well. Go.
