One of the more exciting releases of the brown sugar series, I must admit. Available for a limited time only, be sure to include them as one of your dim sum choices.

This brown sugar lava xiao long bao inevitably reminds me of the well-loved traditional ondeh-ondeh filled with gula melaka coated with coconut flakes. I wonder how it’ll fare as a bao!
